Red : empowers, energises, enhances 

Red is a classic colour worn by many of our favourite icons from Marlin Monroe, Madonna, Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.

 It is a colour that symbolises power, passion, love, seduction, youth and romance. Whether it’s to add a pop of colour to a dull outfit or to make a statement, it speaks volumes about your personality. So this autumn/fall step out of your comfort zone and go RED!

 Here are three of my most worn Red Mac lipsticks.

 Viva Glam 1 is a more of a darker-red with blue undertones. Ruby Woo is a vibrant colour with a matte finish, which assures a statement. Russian Red is a true wearable red and is great for making an impression.

This Red lipstick is a cheaper alternative by Flormar, it is a bright redy-orange colour and looks great on various skin-tones. It has been formulated really well and glides on smoothly.

Personally I like to tweak the way I wear red, sometimes with a hint of gold in the centre of lip and other times with a darker outline to get a gradient effect. Now I have RiRi Woo to look forward when I get my hands on it.….
